I am currently working on a few very exciting projects that I cannot wait to share with you all. In the midst of the work, the stress, and yes, sometimes the tears, I remind myself to be grateful for opportunities that have come my way recently, to be present and soak everything in.
Lately, I have been practicing nightly gratitude lists, something I first read about on Laura's blog. Every night, before you go to sleep, you think {or say aloud} everything you are grateful for. Isn't that a wonderful idea?
