Have you heard of Altitude Design Summit? It's a weekend where bloggers come together, connect, share ideas, and most of all, learn. This August, Alt Summit is being held at the Martha Stewart Omnimedia Headquarters in New York City (sounds fab!). Next year, it will be held in Salt Lake City in January and again in New York City in August.
If you are like me and eager to experience a little bit of all that is Alt Summit, they have a channel where you can take classes online. Perfect!
While browsing Pinterest the other day, I stumbled across this handy chart that I have to share with you. This makes it very easy to swap Chobani (or any greek yogurt) into your favorite recipes to save calories and lower fat content. Win, win!
I'm in the process of redecorating my bedroom. By in the process, I mean I'm merely brainstorming. I can't help but wonder how I could incorporate one or two of these beauties into my room. I found them over at The Flair Exchange Shop on Etsy. Check them out, you'll love.
I love working out. I enjoy yoga, I don't mind the gym and I love going on long runs outside. But sometimes, I'm in the mood to wear my pajamas (don't judge) and workout in the comfort of my home. Meet, Pilates Anytime.
Pilates Anytime is website that has over 500 pilates class available for you to view in your home, or anywhere for that matter! Classes are filmed at The Studio at Padaro Beach in Carpinteria, California and new ones are added every week. You can search for class by skill level, duration, specialty, or teacher if you begin to have a favorite. I personally love class #443 Booty Barre Basics!
Membership is only $18 a month for unlimited classes. This is a great deal considering most pilates classes are at least $15 each! Check out their website here and you can even sign up for a free 15 day trial. Have fun!
I'm back at the airport, again. This time, I'm off to Boston to visit three of the girls I went to college with.
Coming and going is all I seem to be doing these days. While it is so wonderful to see faces I haven't seen in so, so long, I can't help but be a little excited for next weekend when I will be able to sit by my pool and r-e-l-a-x.
Until then, I'm off to spend time in Beantown with a few of my favorite people. Enjoy the weekend!
